in words not so quickly uttered,
atop clouds not regularly viewed,
you scooped me up with an airy vibe...
in sensations beneath wisdom’s caress,
beyond azure emotions twisted around me,
I am mesmerized by the September breezes in your gaze...
rising with the solar beams of infinity,
running from yesterday’s searing glare,
the depths of me cease to seek solitude on misty islands...
dancing on the boundaries of enduring promises,
slashing the remnants of seclusion’s grip,
the walk along this preview of tomorrow
removes the ceiling on possibilities...
sprinkled with powdered reality,
delighted by the animation of sincerity,
my restraint is rendered ineffective
by the sapphire vision of you in the haze...

-kh

it was love that first drew me,
it is love that will keep me here...
now I see love burning brightly
when everything else is unclear...

I love the use of color in this ...
like a rainbow of braided images and emotions
wonderful ethereal and elemental phrases and vocab
this is beautiful!!
well done poetess K

I have to go into a rather long meeting in about 10 minutes and this put such a wonderful smile on my face that I can look forward to that meeting

With a kiss
from the white tips
of the eagle's wings,

Love has found a home
within the wonderment
your verse brings.

Beautiful use of imagery and nature to toss us a true showcase of your ever amazing talent and it goes without saying that your use of the language is always a treat to read and explore. Well done my sweet friend.  Now don't go forgetting us little ones when you reach that pinacle of poetic society that finds you in the mix of a more tasteful view than from the dusty britches of a lost cowboy.

(sorry about the delay again... )

Interloper:  well, I understand boring jobs...so, I am especially glad I could help!  thank you for the opportunity!

M:  "in the mix of a more tasteful view than from the dusty britches of a lost cowboy"  WHAT???  First of all, what could possibly be more tasteful??...poetic society just sounds so stuffy...ack...and, lost?  don't think so...but, I will say thank you, m'friend, for your sweet compliments...coming from Mr. Imagery himself, it means a LOT...

Sven:  well, thank you for the compliment...I am glad you enjoyed!

Aims:  hey girlie...it's good to see you around here, too!  and on my post... ...thank you, m'friend...ttys!  -e  ~~~~~

Aims again:  always 'preciate a bump!

VAS:  well, I am glad you didn't miss it...and thank you so much for your reply!  glad you liked!
