Welcome Craftsmen

The beauty of well worked oak...

A well worked mind...
Ingrained...
Character in every line
With time, we are polished masterpieces
We are our own craftsmen
Your tools are all around you
Produce a one of a kind masterpiece

Let the wood chips fly

Do not fear going forward slowly,
Fear only standing still.

Dan, this is a cool metaphor and inspirational suggestion.  Clever play with "ingrained".  Chipping away at and polishing our masterpieces...  part of the reason we're all here.
