The Path to No Conditions
through Cinquain

holding
crumbled crimson
watching~ fall through the cracks
pieces of my heart, fingers
open

falling
sand ~ bed of pain
needles probe open soul
amusement park ride ~ for a fee
tears paid

learning
watching new steps
lessons taught ~ still I seek
offer my soft place ~ conditions...
none

"Trace my body with your words
and in doing so, you touch my heart"

Interesting use of the form.
I'll have to try this, looks like fun.

wandering glider, I hope you do try. I love the form, but don't get stuck in it. ;-) thanks for the reply.

VAS, a journey should always teach us something. if we learn, then we shouldn't have to repeat it. so i try to look for the lessons instead of the pain. thank you for the reply.

your cinquains remind me of onions...they both have multiple layers...multiple meanings...

thanx for the journey within your words
