Freesia
By: Noah Eaton
7/20/01

Your secrets escape your sweet lips
Silk songs revealing in velvet kiss
Sun showers escape your blue sky eyes
Warm tears tracing the golden miles of Eden

I caress the back of your naked body
Beside the dreaming apple tree of this swimming meadow
And there you’ll be, breathing easily to my heart
Listening to the mariachi opera of your desires that gently flow

Walking on water in the dance of the lambs
Reciting sunny soliloquys that seem to melt in affection
Venturing long and anxiously just to see you smiling in front of me
To hold you in my arms and sweep you off your feet in celebration

Oh Freesia, my cupid of the grove
Make our time in Eden together priceless
Drink the willothewisp, and spread your perfume
As I hold her hand under this emerald pavillion

Sweet Freesia, my incense of pure love
To see you happy is my lifetime commitment
Sweet Freesia, my sweet buttercup
Seeing a girl in love is the most beautiful enchantment...
