Under the stars upon the wind

A THANK YOU.

In this world of many minds
a few of us connect.
Upon a page of whitened snow
stand out words of black that we won't forget.
My eyes read your thoughts
and my heart understands
I recognize the pain that had
controlled you hand.
For in the writing we find
a truth that in the end only
you and I understand.
In those times of blackest night
when for control I had to fight
I knew a kind heart would sense my tears
and maybe inside themself they held
the same fears.
So I thank you now
not with my voice
but in a world of black and white vows
of words that we write not by
choice but by our hearts.

Thanks for reading and understanding
it is more then I
could ask for.

Your feelings are felt by many my friend, including myself, and for that I thank YOU.    Nicely written.

Strive for higher levels, if they seem out of reach... Grow, and they will get closer.

Poets are indeed a sensitive sort, and you are among them.
And since no one else has said it, "you are welcome".
