Yes, it can be exciting
and will make you feel alive
but does it have to persist
each and every day at five?

Yes, its kind of intriguing
and surely quick wakes you up
but I'm getting annoyed by
eternal noise as I sup.

Once again, windows rattle
still, I will try to compute
if it won't blow the wires
these THUNDER STORMS I refute!

Catalina~
This Florida gal can RELATE big time !
Reeked havoc with my service provider for sure.
Now here I am playing 'catch-up' in the forums !

But ... I did take a good stormy nap !

5:00 huh?  They roll in around 10:00 p.m. and last long enough to make sure we don't get a good night's sleep...

and leave a whole lot of muggy lying around for the next morning...

Sandra,
Being ever the rain lover, I kind of like them!  They can certainly be an inconvenience, but they can also be dangerously romantic. Great write!

Guess I took an early exit 'cause I took the "thunderstorms" to be a pair of neighbors through paper-thin appartment walls...   WOOPS! ;->

I see I am not the only one trying to use the computer under threat of electrocution
Mark, thankfully I don't have that neighbor problem currently, but I sure have in the past. Now I just have a kid banging drums as though he thinks he sounds good, several times a day  LOL

I'm with you all the way cause thunderstorms are raging here too. And I still have to walk the dogs!!! And there are all big trees and they make funny noises, so I think the dogs await a very short walk this night.
