The Voice That Echoes My Heart

touch me
in ways to
remember
embraced
in fire
started from an
ember

we stand
together
in the blue of
flame
where blaze sings
and whispers your
name

I hear the voice
that echoes my
heart
without you
I’m not
whole just
part

such tender heart
part of your
charms
where I
find my fortress
in your
arms
