BEAMS

As it appears bit hard to read here are the lines:

took ages to grow
in a second split to beams
death of a big tree

waiting for transport
new destination in sight
forgotten it's roots

please do not forget
to plant new ones instead
or earth will be bold

A rose is a rose is a rose...I guess...

Yes the text is not as clearly as I thought it would be. Don't know why. Thank you for focusing   anyway.

Thanks for re-writing your verse seperately so I could read it better....
These were very good and I liked the double meaning of roots as in location or life support.  I believe in the circle of life, trees have some effect/affect on our roots as well.

this is very nice, I understood and enjoyed this, save for the last line...I don't understand the earth being 'bold' if the trees are replenished, could you help?

Thanks to you all my friends for reading.

VAS, oh my did I used the wrong word here?
I ment, that if we don't plant trees back the earth will look like a ....what shall I say...the skull of a man without hair? I thought bold was the word for that look.
