I woke abruptly from my dream
and my head was spinning with confusion and hunger
"must get up and weigh myself"
and then back onto the treadmill
the engine made a groaning sound
and the track moved in starts and stops
not halfway through my workout
guess it's been worn down
I must get off
But I'm not thin enough yet
I'm not done yet
now what?

Now, put the treadmill in the garage and have yourself a non-demanding walk in nature, with no expectations, and see if you don't feel better...
