There is dreaming here in morning skin,
Left awake all night within,
Pouring words from fingertips,
From wakeful moments poetry trips.

Light seeks in through open blinds,
I read hearts and open minds.
Chittering chatter of merciless blend,
These thoughts awakened, do not end.

There comes the sounds of outside drifting,
Through poetic moments forever sifting.
Singing softly of lonesome hues,
Dreaming daydreams encompassing you.

Blending thoughts and remembering tears,
Words steal quietly, my roaming fears.
Dressed in cloaks of passions dues,
My words are here, your eyes to view.

Don't follow me into merciless rhyme,
I know not how it flows this time.
But know it does and I must follow,
In maddening simplicity, I must wallow.

For if this clutter does release,
I'm captured joy, restless ceased.
Moments arrive and exit here,
As through this maze I daily steer.

Frozen time enrapts my gaze,
Seeing desires through poets' haze.
Rhyming, riddling, aching now,
Show my words, this morning how,

To come more naturally to a flow,
Or simply let me let this go.
I'm rambling on with brazen thoughts,
Of words and spirits branded aloft.

And as you bare your will to me,
I'm lifted twice with poetry.
So seek me now as I sent,
Upon this rhyming adventure spent.

Could be one of your most memorable pieces ! !

Wonderful flowing rhyme~
Felt like it was just 'meant to be'~

What a wonderful way to start the day.  Perfect in flow and rhyme.  This one is a true beauty.  Sometimes, the less we try, the easier it is.  I enjoyed this one a lot tonight.

Forced from bed in the middle of the night, ringing word alarm in head,
race to desk to commit to write,
end result? I'd say well said!
