Wind Song
~*Marge Tindal*~

How the wind colors the song
flung across the crescendo of night
Holding on to notes of remember
blowing in the breeze, feather-light

Caressing the cheek of a lover
leaning into the wind of play
Swirling seductively across a shoulder
waiting so far away

Throw your song upon the wind
to drift where it may go
Someone is waiting to hear you
wherever the four winds blow

And should you listen closely
you'll smile in recognize
As another sends a song back to you
on gently floating sighs

Your feeling of the wind is wonderful and full of charm, a lover which caresses, sharing with the many, partying with the voices that wander with its breeze.

Nice read. I love the wind.

Hi! Marge,
I'm quite new here... but, I know a good read when I read it. The rhythm and rhyme carried me on the breeze of this soothing melody. One exquisite piece. Bravo! Love and peace ((~.~))
