Alone in the darkness Seeing only the lonely night Wishing to feel the warmth of your presence again only a few days have past but it feels like an eternity since I have felt your touch looked into your eyes and said I love you I have finally known the loving glow of the beautiful light of love only to be torn away from its splendor I wish I could have you with me now But I know that cannot be Because we must be apart for a little while But soon, oh so soon We will be together again Sharing in the bounties of our love Knowing the joys of pure happiness Only a little while longer We must suffer the loneliness Pass through the gates of time Knowing that happiness Is just over the horizon But just being with you Knowing your loving presence The wait is worth a thousand lifetimes of loneliness So, take care my love Remember the wonderful time We shared together not so long ago The laughter, love, and happiness And hold it close to your heart Because we will share them again The vast distance may keep us apart But our love will bring us Together again, always, and forever Fear destroys the mind, depression destroys the soul... only love and compassion may save you from death. |

This touched my heart...I feel that way sometimes even though my husband is home every night....Vacations are good for recapturing that love...Mine starts Sat...thanks for making it feel more alive! Cindi God is our inspiration; Words of the heart can be music to our ears |
