Fling

Just this morning
We'd never met
I'm lost within your eyes
And yet…
Here I am in your arms
Is it you that draws me
Or your charms?

Am I wrong?
Are we right?
(I question my motives)
Oh God, I'd die to hold this night
Should I have, this lust denied?
Or is this impulse
justified?

The clock ticks fast
The night is gone
So is our time
Something's wrong…
I turn around and leave you
"Goodnight"
Yet, somehow your smile still
Holds tight

We fling ourselves
Falling fast
Relinquishing control to the lust
Which holds us vast
Within it
And not even the greatest of thieves
Could steal just one minute

Wow dude!  Not everyone could have put that in words as elegantly as you did!  Bravo!  *claps*  Lol!  Reall though, this is an awasome poem, and though I've never had a night like that... I still say it's well written in this poem!  Later!

After Love comes Pain, then Love, Then Pain, then Love, then Pain..... does anyone else see a pattern here?  Oh well, can't say it's not worth it.

This flows really well and I think this poem describes those particular feelings perfectly, well done!
