Memories flitter through my mind An age of joy now past Once so lively, so content I crave those days again Being able to think without reason Cry and be held sincerely My life while innocent was wonderful But the day-to-day life has set in Simplicity was everything Tears fell quickly and rarely My imagination was always afloat Laughter was a true fulfilment Board games, television, jokes, and more Filled those once glorious days Friendship was always true at the time Back then smiles didn¡¦t dim Stark reality faces me now Days are long and slow, sadly My purity has faded, like those days The days that I crave again ---------------------------------------------------- Really don't like this one, but I'm hoping that some of you geniuses will give me some great suggestions!!
