I wrote this a while ago but the thoughts behind it still linger so i thought i'd put it up.

The feeling everyone knows,
When you wish you mouth could close.
The sense of immense regret,
And you know you're into debt.

The fastest way to learn
Is to watch the good things burn
But when these things are best
It's tough to pass the test.

The strain that's on your mind
So cruel and far from kind.
"Sorry"'s all that remains
But 'sorry' doesnt take away the pains.
