My tears fall in silence,
as the pain
rushes through

My heart burns the pain
as the anger
rises up

My throat feels the anger
as the hurtfulness
lands hard

My stomach fills with the hurtfulness
as the sorrow
settles in

The sorrowness spills out
as the long day
comes to an end

Enjoyed this first read of yours, sounds like you have found grief which in part catches us all off guard, it can be cruel, but as they say, time heals all.
