The Twilight

The street lamps are glowing
the whole world asleep
the clock breaks the silence
and counts down the hours
coffee and caffeine
rings round the eyes
armies of sheep
clash in the twilight
a new dawn approaches
the same old battle fades
the birgs sing
           Misery
