I follow inside and bump
there's an eye hangin' from the ceiling
hyenas are existing along their postulated being
and yes, I suggest, I'm a subject to the condition of the living

Then there is Bob
and me sitting over myself with brush in hand
him with his scraped skin and humanity folding back
and yet, I hesitate, who is that man?

Upon me a call,
seems to be a contact from a lumberjack,
a contingency to infiltrate facts when I'm attacked
oh great, yet again, my imagination is being hijacked

Now who am I to report?
the gathering's being held at my expense, I'm a fool
I stress I don't belong in this meeting of the mind, some lube?, please, its me, I've read all of Webster's books

Not that I recall
has an impulse taken such grostequely form
please, I wanna go back, just void the ticket from now on... the clock and Bob click their high heels, "here is your throat back, thanks for the loan"

I pay my dues in the toll
cross to the other room like a camel and then I frown, put my eyes in my pocket and nose on the ground, unfree, its me, I'm being guarded about leppers and crooks by a law-clown

Since you don't encourage crituques, I'll keep this simple: bloody trippy stuff there! While not the best written poem, to be honest, what you have there, your ability with imegary and how you paint so rich a picture, is fantastic. Mayhaps if I read through it a few more times, it'll make more sense. The poems that make immediate sense cause me to worry - ones that need thought and pondering.... those are the keepers.

Sincerely,
Titus

As I'm out there, walking, searching, for myself, for you.... won't you join me? Let's walk this journey together.
