Standing In Silence...

All my feelings,
stripped away,
by one little word,
....Goodbye.

My love for you,
taken away,
by one little word,
....Goodbye.

All your sweet kisses,
robbed from my lips,
by that one little word,
...goodbye.

Yeah, goodbyes are rough.
This was a really simple, yet emotional piece. I hope things get better for you.

Why is it that we are at our most ingenius only when trying to destroy the things that keep us alive and thriving?
