Is graduation supposed to be happy?
All year I wanted to leave,
But now since I can't go back
I'm going to miss everyone.
Will my best friends make it without me?
Or will they always miss me.
Like I miss them.

I never thought June 12, 2002 would come so fast
Maybe I wished to hard, maybe it was supposed to come this fast
It made me cry, it made me laugh
It made me realize how much I was going to miss everyone

As the night got closer to say good bye
I wanted to cry
As I left and said good bye to my friends
I thought about everything that has happen to me
I know all my friends will miss me

yeah those seniors who told me "enjoy it, cause it'll be gone tomorrow" when i was a frosh...
they weren't kidding.
enjoy it kids.
as depressing as those years are, they're also the best years of your life... and you never get them back, doggone it.

And now you're forced to live the "real world".
I know, it's scary, sad and exhilerating all at once. I graduated in May 2001, and it feels like it was yesterday. Sometimes I miss the trivial stuff of HS, now that I'm forced to try and be a real grown-up.

wow that's what scares me...i'll be a sophmore this fall and part of me hopes the next three years don't go by so fast while the other part hopes they do...good poem

oh man..i graduated two years ago..and i remember not wanting to leave- its scary as hell. but the thing is is that now that i HAVE graduated i see nearly ALL of my highschool friends at uni anyway...and the thing is is that i DONT want to see them anymore...theyre stuck in the past and havent moved on from thinking as though theyre not in highschool anymore...doesnt make much sense....

its ok sweetie...you'd make more friends later on..and sometimes you wouldnt want to go back to highschool cuz youd be having a better time at college/uni then you ever had in highschool.
