The look in your eyes,
tells me somethings wrong.
The look in your eyes,
says we can't go on.
The look in your eyes,
says you're not done.
The look in you eyes,
says you're not over her.
That look sent chills,
all through my heart.
The look you gave me,
said one thing.
Silence.
Silence so complete,
it would feel wrong,
to disturb it.
So dreadfully quiet,
it hurts.
Nothing left to say,
your look said it all.
I'm moving on,
you stayed behind.
Everything ruined,
'Cuz of one look...

Eyes are very powerful things. You can look into them and they'll take you deep into the persons soul and thoughts. Im sorry this guy's eyes took you to a place you didnt want to see ::hugs::...but you did write about it all very well. It flowed nicely...great work

Bah humbug! This poem deserves so many more...300!! Yep yep!
I really really liked this. A look means so much, it's the epitome of what a person might feel. A look, a part of body language...sometimes people dont pay close attention to that and that means all the deference between what a person says and what a person feels.
Well expressed....I loved it.
