life is a wunda
people think will it eva tak'em unda!
but i'm goin to a pretty place no where the flowers grown
i be back in a houer or so.
i got a lot in my sleave
it's difficult ta believe
someday i hope ta be free.
tha only one who knows iss god
he's tha one that gave me a hawt.
some times i wunda my my mutha gave me burth
some times i ask why i'm even awn earth.
but it's nawt my place ta ask
some times it's good ta laugh.
i'm frum tha E A S T nawt tha W E S T
i'm gonna that i'm tha best.

Oh dear, I need some getting use to the spelling... I took quite a while reading the poem, but when I figured it out, it did sound great!

Allysa, it reminded me of something too! No offence to you, Dunphy, but the spelling looks like how Tweety's speech is written.

Enjoyed, the ebonics add effect. I guess we could consider this the new style of writing. Each epoch has its own style, and I'd have to say that this is most definitely a very prominent one. Well done.

I was born myself, raised myself, and will continue to be myself. The world will just have to adjust.
