Hello. I went to a youth rally/youth conference thing last weekend called Aquire The Fire (some of you may have heard of it, possibly) and just seeing everybody there for God was an awesome feeling, so I jus had to write about it. Let me know what you think... I dont know how good this sounds, I'm not used to writing w/out rhymes.

AQUIRE THE FIRE 2002

So many gather in your name
Such an awesome thing to see
I felt the power of Your love
As thousands stood to praise You
Each and every one You love
You know the hairs on every head
Yet I'm so important to You
Standing at Your feet, I felt small
Yet at the same time felt so big
Knowing I'm part of something great
Part of something only You can do
So many people, yet me and You
Were together, side by side
You the Father and me Your son
Every one of Your children there
Saw Your glory, many for the first time
And surely it was not their last

this was good, very well done.
It's good to feel God's love in a collective and yeah... personally i dont like free verse, but i liked this
