Milky sweet
To cover the bitter taste
Lingering within your mouth
Go ahead
Take a sip
And make a wish
With your heart
With your soul
And you'll be amazed
How well
Your life will go
Only if you're willing
To drink from
The glass of faith
That has been sitting there
All this time
Right before your very own face...

Ok, I waited an hour, and still I am the first to respond....Its very good Kris, maybe things might be looking up? Possibly? Have you gulped down your glass of faith today???

Hey, Kris! This poem is cool! All philosophical and such! ^_^ I liked it! I think some are afraid to drink from this glass...because it means alot of change. I know that drinking from that glass before, has hurt me very dearly. And I'm kinda afraid to "have faith" again!

Tres Bien!

Others are too in love with the sound of their own voice to speak the truth...

I love the words Milky Sweet. I'm reminded of foods I haven't eaten in a long time when I read that.
Short but sweet. Like Alex said, philosophical with some good ideas in there.

Thanks for the read.

-Ceinwyn-

Faith is a part of us that makes us who we are. The way you portrayed faith in this piece makes me feel like a glass of milk...hehe. But! No more nonsense. -nods-
This is quite the philosophical piece!
-steals everyone else's previous comments-
I enjoyed this muchly!

This was a very cool piece. A think piece, I guess. It was something I definately needed to see.
