Fell behind
Losing time
All tangled webs become difficult to unwind
Though I’m tarnished and unkind
Hard to find
You loved me
Through Misery, Greed, Jealousy
Regret owns no happy ending
Feelings lovely, words hatefully
Painfully
Destroying me
Where did I go?
My reflection unknown
Smiles grown cold
All the things I never told
Acting bold
Wrong decisions I chose
Punishment, I suppose
For the soul I sold
The smoke I blow
These words I throw.
-Xerxes

i liked this very much, it was a rather sad sort of poem, but it had a very good flow to it. nicely written

Zombie

Torn are her limbs
By quiet hands that
Tug life(color) out of her.
Gnawing edges round
Into a broken(satisfying)
Shadow

Regret owns no happy ending

That it doesn't. Although the pieces theme is rather unhappy, the way you've written it is certainly unique. This would make a wonderful long Eulogy but for now, the shorter version in the form of a poem works for it.

Interesting ideas lurking in those lines. Some I can feel have an undercurrent that would make a fun exercise to decipher. Until I get that bored, I'll have to sit here knowing that you've written an extremely deep and profound piece.

Thank you for sharing.

"All tangled webs become difficult to unwind"

Sometimes I feel this way...other times I feel it is not only difficult, but impossible, you did a great job expressing thought and ideas, and I especially liked the title

That was just the greatest thing ever possibly...well, I really did enjoy it and I think it makes people realize that they should just do whatever it is they want and whatever makes them happy.
