The Moon
having no light
no warmth of it's own
looks to the sun
to warm
it's lonely
desolate
exterior
Having two faces
one never sees the light
one afraid to give it up
another afraid to accept it
The Sun
not concerned with the moon
shines
for all to see
complete in itself
not wanting
nor needing
the light of another
supplying the moon
with light
to fuel the paradox
supplying the planets
with fuel for the day
all these self involved bodies
oblivious to the fact
they are not special
not the only ones
with light
to share

"It is better to have loved and lost than to have never have loved at all" ...but the pain of both is equally unbearable...

Very cool... no.. chouette! (I learned a new word today. haha) I liked it a lot. It was very, very interesting to read and it had so much depth and meaning. Thank you for sharing this.

The only thing that I fear is to die quietly.

Read between the lines.
