Lightly brushing the canvas, The twilight enchants us; It lowers our voices And heightens our senses. Do you hear the boisterous chants now? Those are winds cheering on our hostess, -- Autumn dances. Is it she that employs us? Is it she that commands us? Are we the sum of our choices? Or the sum of chances? Does it matter? – Rejoice now! In a frenzy, Autumn's spinning us senseless. Autumn truly dances in your words "You do what you do, you say what you say, you try to be everything to everyone... come on now, do that stupid dance for me" -Everclear |
