Thats wat we say,
when people look our way.
Will we ever play,
in the suns golden rays,
for more than a day?

They smile and whisper,
but you think im paranoid.
what thoughts can occur,
when my mind is a void?

As you walk this way,
whats on my mind?
What will you say,
will it be kind?

I wish i knew,
how wl it end?
will i get a clue,
can we be more than just friends?

Hmmm...I might not be as flashy as Cherish but...

WELCOME TO PIP "ETERNALDRAGON!"!!
I'll be sure to check out each and every one of your posts! I hope you'll find it as friendly here as I do...and if you don't---I'll have a few PiPs to talk to...

Man...I really liked this! I loved it heaps! ^_^ I also really liked the last stanza. (I think it's called!) Sure, some of us might have been here for longer...but we're all newbies at heart! Be sure to stop by the discussion forums so we can learn more about you! ^_^

Oh, and..."join" the Space Pirates!

(Man...I need Cherish here to do the welcome right...)

~ Alex

P.S- No matter what...never be afraid to post here! I feel your emotions concerning this poem! You're never alone!

Eternaldragon,

First of all let me welcome you to Passions. I hope you enjoy it here as much as we will enjoy having you here.    Your first poem which you have graced us with is superb and I hope someday you can be more than just friends with this person if that is what is best for both of you. But one of my best friends is a male and I'm female and I wouldn't trade our friendship for the world.

Please chack your e mail for a special greeting.

Wow, that poem just stood out to me because of my present situation!  I hope to see more good writing!

I though you wrote this just fine. Well done on the poem and Welcome to Passions.

Welcome to Passions in Poetry!

I really enjoyed this first post.  A very well-written poem to get yourself started here.  I can tell I'm going to like you
But just remember, replying to other's poems is important in the forum, too.  Wonderful work!
and again, welcome!
