Depression is a really weird thing, especially when it comes and goes and for no reason at all...

6 FEET UNDER

As I walked down the street of my familiar neighborhood, I turned the corner and was blinded by sunlight. It was after that which I fell into THE HOLE! And looking up from that 6 foot ditch, I could see the sunlight above, but from 6 feet under there was no light, only dark and cold! I clawed and clawed at the walls of THE HOLE in an attempt to pull myself out. THE HOLE was just to deep and I couldn't do it myslef. I watched as people walked by THE HOLE but they only stared and did nothing to help. So I was left to sit at the bottom, to cry and cry and cry. Afterall it wasn't my choice to fall into THE HOLE, it was that damn sunlight in my way! If only that light hadn't blinded me on that very unfortunate day! Then a freind of mine walked by THE HOLE and she asked if I was OK. She reached her hand out until she grabbed mine. She pulled and pulled until I saw the bright sunlight, I was feeling good. At that point there was hope of me finaly getting out. Right when I was at the top, I lost my grip and fell back, 6 feet under. I looked back at my friend and she told me to try again. After what seemed to be infinate times of trying and failing, I realized....there is no getting out of THE HOLE!!!

Depression sucks trust me I know I'm taking so many pills for it.But anyway I love this poem I totally get what you are saying.Keep up the great work.

Depression definately sux and does pop its ugly head up in the most unexpected of times...it sux in that way...well in many other ways too..lol but u kno what i mean!
