Hello. This one I wrote last night... I was thinking about life and how crazy it is that people seem to think that I have everything so great in my life. Anywho, let me know what you think. It's certainly not my best.

MY LIFE

People always say that they
Envy the life that I live
Seeming to b free of hurt and pain
A helping hand I have to give

Yet they never realize the reason
That my life has such simplicity
I have very little going on
How lifeless my life can be

I wish my life had less "perfection"
Perhaps that would add excitement
If you still want my life, I'll trade
And I'll give you my incitement

This was a refreshment. You said something not often expressed, it is daring to mention one's own simple state of life. Most people would argue that they have plenty of problems, however you seem not only aware of your well-being, but subtly annoyed by it.

I know just how you are feeling here. I used to feel like I didn't have a life either. Recently I started working for some friends, and I finally after 26 years feel useful to somebody. I hope you can find some happiness soon.

Don't listen to Rhonda she's nuts!!

Anyway, I know EXACTLY how you feel. Unfortunatly I know both sides however, and excitement sometimes screws up everything. As they say, the grass is always greener on the other side....
