Well hello there reader, yes it's me again farting icon boy. Well anyways yeah my last posts have been kind of cloudy becuase I was sorta going through "one of those times," I bet you all know what I mean, so yeah I sit down one day and things start to fit in like a puzzle. Life is crazy and we all are too... I tried my best while writing this (frankly I don't even think it's a poem, it's more like me talking lol); to give you an idea of what I'm talking about. Read carefully and I hope you enjoy. I called it:

Dawn's Essence

We all have questions
there are no answers
just our lives,
which passes, flows, flies.
Everything is uncertain
except for the end,
all pain, all pleasure,
all the time passed,
it all comes down
to motionless decayal
of our roting corpse.
Oh! let's not forget the memory.
The memory soon forgotten
because we don't all remember
or we choose not to remember
the times all passed.

Continuing with the bitter-sweetness
of just our daily lives,
passing by each other
barely acknowledging each other
a simple smile, a gesture
and still, back in square one,
there are always the questions.
Troubled minds, always wandered
drifting slowly, slightly
and all that holds together
is the satisfaction of those
material, fisical, the "real" things
that surround us...
These are our essentials
some use faith, others hope
and even others, nothing at all.
Just going through life
grasping meer images
of the life they call their own.
We don't stay here forever
no one does, so I say life has no meaning
all that's left is to have fun.

P.S. Well maybe it's not a summary of ALL our lives so don't try to be smart, or maybe it's just that I gave up. I don't know... I'm still a bit dazed
*wonders around*

I see the darkness coming all is bleak...

No doubt.. *Pushes Javier aside*

I for one loved the poem. ( As always.) Personally, I think and WISH you would post a hell of alot more...The summary was done damn well! Sorry you're in "one of those times." It sucks big time...
Anyway, perhaps I'll come back and give a better reply later...But as for right now, I'm done. HaHa. Thanks for the readk- It was much enjoyed!

You wouldn't worry about what people thought about you if you knew how seldom they did.

This is great! Excellent feel and flow all the way through the piece and practically everything you said is so true!

"Troubled minds, always wandered
drifting slowly, slightly
and all that holds together
is the satisfaction of those
material, fisical, the "real" things
that surround us..."
Could you be any honest? *loving the piece* It's just great. In the library for sure.

Thanks guys, it's nice to be reminded your not alone. The world is so big and yet we always somehow find ourselves in a hole... Lately I've been doing a lot of thinking, I guess this is how we all "mature" and learn about the world around us, but more importantly about ourselves. I come to realize each day lived is a memory and an experience becuase you learn something, at least if your paying attetion. I've come to appretiate life more and I can't wait to see what happens next even thought it might not be what I want it'll prepare me more for what is to come.
