I remember laughter And a great connection But what happened? Did your heart lead you astray Did you hear voices begging you to stray Why did your love go away? I used to cherish The very sound of your voice And loved your spontenous choices But now we are just mere acquintances Please tell me Where it all went wrong And why the radio no longer plays our song Or why our souls no longer dance Beneath the twilight of the stars My soul is upon it's knees So please...I beg of you Tell me.. "Let me be the one you call, if you jump I'll break your fall, lift you up and fly away with you into the night" ~Crash and Burn~ |

On your knees begging? Don't think I've ever been there before...You must have REALLY cared for this person. Radio doesn't play your song? Lucky you. The radio apparently HATES me...EverytimeI turn the damn thing on there is ALWAYS certain lil songs that comeon just to upset me. HeHEHe... Don't ya hate that? Anyway- I liked this alot. I know how ya feel. Don't let these questions eat at you though...Try to move on...Even if the person told you- would it/ Could it change anything? Just a thought. Thanks for the read, I really enjoyed it and hope to see bunches more. You wouldn't worry about what people thought about you if you knew how seldom they did. |

awwwwwwwwww man i dont know what this did to me but it did SUMTHING...right here in my heart. i guess its cuz im in a situation very similar to yours-ecept with me its my best friend and i who are growing apart. i liked this poem heaps. *hugs*...thanks for sharing Piece you life together and you WILL find holes. |

You know, I'm worried that me and my best friend might end up like that, because I am moving several states away from her. In a way that would hurt more than losing a girlfriend. Anywayz, the poem was real good, but don't let this keep you down. You have to stand up and fight thru pain and sadness to reach happier times. Rich Love will come and love will go, but friends are forever (usually). |

Wow this is pretty sad. I relate to this so much. I really liked how you wrote it. A sad poem to relish upon. Well done.  I was born myself, raised myself, and will continue to be myself. The world will just have to adjust. |

It seems like you've got a lot of good advice already so take it. These guys aren't exactly stupid.  I hope that since you wrote this things looked up for you a bit.
