Eradicate the Hate Lets start a clean slate Jeez, I hope it's not too late Can you still contemplate? Are we really that bad? Do we do anything to you You haven't done to us? Is it more wrong? Why is it ok when you do it? But when we do, you have a fit So below the block of hatred I sit Is anyone else tired of this bull....? Black Power White Power Green Power Brown Power To blame it on a color won't get a result We've already seen it, do we look back in remorse? It's their fault, it's their fault, oh of course You don't belong here, you're not as dark Am I really dirty, just because I'm not white? It doesn't matter, cuz you're above me right? Make us buy guns and kill ourselves They just think we're uneducated elves? "Hi, you're in our neighborhood, you're dead!" We'll treat you like your ancestors treated ours You should just stay here, you're not as light We'll arrest you, just out of spite Don't come around when it's night Eradicate the hate Lets start a clean slate Jeez, I hope it's not too late..... Wow good message. Activism poetry rules. This was good, but you were kind of everywhere in terms of a specific format, or maybe it's a bigger picture than I'm seeing. I liked the repetition of those three lines "Eradicate the hate Lets start a clean slate Jeez, I hope it's not too late....." "and Death i think is no paranthesis"-e.e. cummings |

Wow Moe- I'm highly impressed. Such a serious topic to write about...And you managed to do it differently. you didn't make it fun and easy, but you didn't make it hardcore serious either. I liked that. A very good message here, indeed. hope to see more soon. You wouldn't worry about what people thought about you if you knew how seldom they did. |

You bring about a lot of important issues. I really liked this one. Very well written and done. I liked it.  I was born myself, raised myself, and will continue to be myself. The world will just have to adjust. |
