My heart is hollow
and my soul is empty
with out all of you here
what am I left with?
Nothing-
nothing but shattered dreams
and broken promises
An unexplainable hurt that can't be cured
With every passing hour
I sink deeper in my hole
I hate it here
I just want to go home
I can't ever have my way
now my life's been ripped apart
I hold onto our memories
they're all I've got...
I can't believe this happened to me
A friendless world is misery

The world is like a mirror; frown at it, and it frowns at you. Smile and it smiles, too
Be kind, for everyone you meet is fighting a harder battle

Hehehe I think your signature can be applied here. Look around you, I'm sure you're not in the place you think you are, some body just painted the walls to make it look that way. Take care

I think I've been there before.
It gets better.  No sarcasm.

This is a very emotional poem and I sympathise greatly, I really liked it because I can relate to it so much.  My friends disowned me when I got a boyfriend - they had a real problem with him even though they could see he was lovely and tat I was so happy .  So even if this is not that kind of msg I would say its best to be friends with anyone and make EVERYONE smile rather than just someone.

Wow.. this one hit home.  I went through a time not too long ago when something really trying happened in my life, and I discovered who my real friends were.  Just remember.. everything happens for a reason.  *hugs*  It may be hard... but things'll only get better.  Nicely done here.. the emotions throughout this piece are very strong.  I enjoyed this.  Keep posting all your work..

That was a very good poem.  I liked it. Those are terrible feelings to have. Hope things get better.
