To my Angel,
          I am not copying,
it is truth which we see
          to my simple Love
          we will be

I sit where with thought
under this brilliant blue sky
when will we be together
when will we lie
holding eachother
in our sensual naked arms
on a beautiful soft cloud
we could be so bound
only time well heal
our deepest cuts
only another could keep us
any apart
in my heart I feel
we will be again
because we are Amaranth
forever
meant to be
like the earth meets the air
or the sun touches the sea
it is purely natural
our hearts will simply be
only when I am myself
you will again come
and when you do
we will simply
be one

Love from
Sam

This is a nice one. I hope you gave it to the person it was written for, I'm sure they would've loved it.

that was really sweet sam, and whoever you wrote that for is really lucky.

Someone once taught me that it doesn't matter what other people think of you as long as you like yourself.  That's what I live by.

Yes, this is very sweet...I do believe it's the second poem form you that had the word "Amaranth" in it...HeHe...Newly discovered word- perhaps? ANyway- I like this alot. I thought you did a spectacular job on this one!

You wouldn't worry about what people thought about you if you knew how seldom they did.

Thankyou all for your lovely comments. I just hope she thinks the same as you. Amaranth, yeah new word, it's pretty cool though, never-ending and stuff.

The beginning paved the way for a wonderful poem.  Need I say more?  Very nice work, Sam.  I REALLY enjoyed this one.  One of my favs of the few I've read from you.  Hope to see more soon!
