For the first time in my life i feel complete,
I can stand on my own two feet.
Holding my head up high,
Not knowing how to talk to you looking to the sky.
Finding the answers i need to know,
My love for you does it show?
Knowing you're an angel fron heaven above,
Wishing I know if you'll always want my love.
Taking a big risk just isn't part of me,
Just want you to see.
All the love I have for you,
And that there isn't anything i wouldn't do.
To see you smile,
I'd crawl a thousand miles.
To feel the softness of your skin,
I'd commit the world's ultimate sin.
To run my fingers thru your silky hair,
I'd go where no one else would dare.
Maybe I'm just a fool,
If that is so then that must be love's first rule.
Spend all my money to get you whatever you want,
For so long for love I once did hunt.
And now that I've found the love of my life,
Trying to be the perfect boyfriend everyday I strife.
Knowing I'm nowhere near perfect or the best.
But I can in some things put to shame the rest.
My love for you is like a circle cause its round,
If you get sick of one thing I'll loop it over and over and back around.
And that's how it should be till I'm six feet underground.

I'm SO sorry that I haven't been here to reply sooner... I'm QUITE behind in the forums due to work and school. BUT! Better late than never, Right? Just wanted to say a quick.. "Great First post!" I liked this alot. The flow was very well done. The rhyming added a very nice touch. I'm glad you found such a great love- You described the feelings so well.

A lovely first post. Someone must be making you a very happy person. Beautiful images and a really strong poem. One line got to me though; "Spend all my money to get you whatever you want,"
Buy her? Hmm...

I hope to see you reply like a mad hatter around here because other wise people will get really angry and you'll be upset. So yeah, you can see where this is heading. Reply lots and I hope to see more of your pieces around here.
