I wrote this about the night I met the guy in the pic with me. We met @ the Walkerville Carnival on July 8th, 2000. A year later, he came back into my life, and now, we've been dating for a month

~*~ Angel ~*~

The night I met you, I fell in love,
I thought your voice was just oh, so sweet,
Almost like it was sent from above,
I fell for you more, with each heartbeat.

I soon started a search, for your wings,
I was so sure you were an angel,
As you and I sat on the railings,
We talked, and I let out a giggle.

I was sure God sent me my angel,
All you did was stare into my eyes,
Your stare was anything but lustful,
In my stomach, gave me butterflies.

This is indeed VERY sweet!  I'm happy for you that you've found a good guy.     I enjoyed this poem.  It's well written, and even has a little bit of rhyme going on!  Nice work!

Quite the sweet one Tamma. It's good to know you're happy!
