here is a poem i wrote, it is detitacated to my best friend in the world, who did come to her senses!

Life gives you a bunch of twists and turns,
Most of them you think you just don't deserve.
You push and pull to get what you want in sight,
For what you see just doesn't quite feel right.
You feel so alone, you want to scream,
You find yourself yelling; don't ever judge me!
You see only your problems,feel only your pain,
Life seems to suck, like there is nothing to gain.

Then one day you open your eyes,
And that's the day you finally realize,
There is more out there then being sad.
You look around, all these joys to be had.
You feel this tremendous weight lift off,
You reach out, what you feel is so soft.
It is called life, now you feel so free.
For once in your existance, you are truely happy.

Secondly... The poem was good. It flowed pretty well. I'm glad your friend came to her senses.

I liked this one Punk Angel. I thought you did pretty good with it.

I thought you did very well with this. I can understand where your frind was, been there myself. I am glad she changed her mind about things and realized that that life is so much more precious than that. You always have something good to out weigh the bad if you only look for it.

Krista, the overall message was really well expressed and the flow you had was quite good. It went out in a few places but that's ok.

The first part of this piece was greatt. It summed up quite a lot of things but left the door open for more leaving space for thoughts etc. The second part is good for you friend. I'm happy to hear she came to her senses.

I really likes dis poem , coz it starts off sad but then it has a happy ending !!! It's very simple too, and you don't have to think too much about what's behind the words ... i like dat !
