While thinking about you
Something comes to mind
When I think of how you hold me
At night, in your sleep.

You’re the one I dream of
When I dream of the one I love
                              It hasn’t been that long
But I know what I feel.

A year ago, when we met
I never expected something like this
To fall for someone like you
In the way we met.

                              July eighth, two thousand
                              At the Walkersville carnival
                              I met the one person
I want to spend my life with.

It paints a picture and lets the reader in a little, coming off of a writers block bites realyy bad but it seems that you didn't lose the talent to write, nice job. /Nick/

Nice poem.

*sigh* Dopey...I wrote this for a certain someone whom I just spent the weekend with. His name is Albert AKA "The Carnival Dude". He's the guy in the pic with me.
