I stand motionless in your arms
Slowly you smile
I look at you with innocent eyes
And I cannot breathe

You run your hand across my face
Lightly you kiss me
You are intoxicated by my eyes
And I cannot breathe

I walk slowly away from you
Quickly you follow
I look at you with glassy eyes
And I cannot breathe

I'm choking on fear

- Craig you asked me what was wrong.

I liked it a lot.  I can kind of relate to it.  But it was great.  Hope to read more posts.

Such a sweet poem! There's nothing like looking into the eyes of love, and I'm glad you got to experience it. Great description, my friend. Thanks for sharing.

I really liked this one here. Well done!

Bel, this is very nicely done.  I really loved the format of the poem, and the way you ended it was awesome.  Nice work!
