“Matt i love you”
but i still wonder
if it’s true

i mean ya,
i do love her
but a year, all that time
how can i be sure

she says she loves
she can’t/won’t go out with me
it’s like saying
i have the key, but i won’t set you free

but she loves me
and i love her every day
to see are love blossom
in every possible way

my love from 8th grade (we went out for 6 months befor we had to brake up) just told me that she still loves me.

but because of her dad we can't go out,

(her dad is evil) but she still loves me.

im no longer in depression and i don't see how i'll ever be.

That's a nice poem. In time things will work out, whether her dad keeps getting in the way or not.Thanks for the read.

hey hun, why is it that parents are always the one who have the last say on who people go out with, mine dont do that, but i seems like everyone else has to put up with it...good job by the way,

This was well written. I would give you a more in depth reply if you had a critique flag up, but since you don't, I'll just say I enjoyed the read. The emotions you have here are pretty good. Good luck with the situation

I'm glad to hear the news. Sounds like good stuff to me. Too bad about the evil father though....geesh.
