Bear with me as I muse
This writ ye may peruse
But be it for thy use
Please this knowledge not to abuse

As such that hate be a part of every man, be he rich or poor, is it for the lack of love that we hate, or do we hate from birth? Therefore if we hate from birth, do we love from birth, or is love taught by love?

If we be the being called human, is it more human to love or hate, seeing that hate is human and love divine?

If the gift of life be love, or the gift of love life, is death the offering of hate, or a crossing to divinity? Is death the finale of life or the reward? If we are to live life, is death the failure? if the living of life be the goal of life, we must ascertain that death is the failing and falling short of the goal of life.

Whether any man or woman surmise to answer these queries with wisdom, that is naught. But may we contemplate the musings of this writ, and go about our day.

Dylan

If life's a stage
We write the script
Personality the pen
The final act the final part
We all will meet our end

How very interesting! The thoughts that everyone thinks about but no one really thinks about if you catch my drift? One qualm and that is how you start out with a stanza that start writing full sentences. Maybe if you arrange it into stanzas the full effect of the poem may take it's toll on some people. I, personally, enjoyed every single bit of this piece. You have provoked some thoughts in this head of mine. This part:"If we be the being called human, is it more human to love or hate, seeing that hate is human and love divine?" I was really impressed with.

Thanks for sharing this outstanding piece.

VERY deep thinking you portray here... I really enjoyed the thoughts brought up, it really made me have to go back and read it a few times over.  Nicely done!  I look forward to reading more from you.

I LOVED THIS! I thought this was awesome! VERY AWESOME! However, I do disagree with certain things within the poem.
Anyhow, it was great, and the language used within the poem was impressive.
Great job here Dylan!
