Why do guys judge girls on how skinny they are, or how hot they are?

Is it in some sort of rule book?

Or is it just in there minds?

I wish guys would look beneath my looks, to see
me for who I am, Not for what I am

I may not have the body you want

So don't ask me to be perfect

No one is perfect

Therefore you should take me for who I am

Right on! Guys are jerks. Stay away from guys ...'cept for me. I hate guys who judge girls by looks... And girls who judge guys by their looks. Anyway, I really liked this one, keep writing!

Spice is exactly right. Everyone is guilty of this, whether they'd like to admit it or not. I'm sure many people have looked after a girl or guy and thought "Man, that girl/guy is hot!" The conents of this poem is very true, though. When it comes to looking for that "special someone" too much goes into the looks department. That can cause more than just relationship problems. Nice work, here. I enjoyed the read, and look foward to reading more from you.

Yeah .. I've gone out with guys because of there looks before and BIG MISTAKE! lol .. there attuides didn't go along with them looks. But now i've found a guy with the looks and the body and the personality.

I mean some guys Have the looks and A Great personality .. but others don't .. and I know alot of em!

I really think that everybody can be guilty of this to some extent.
Well done on expressing your thoughts though.
