Ahh, a mood I be in this very day,
a Viking brood my mum used to say.
Nothing has to be wrong or out of norm,
the blackness becomes a pending thunderstorm.
Cats all ran when I walked outside,
my dogs slunk away to go and hide.

Ages past, I would seek a fight,
the berserker rages were then all right.
So I attacked the yard with all my might,
mowing and cleaning all in sight.
Finally I stopped, all soaking wet,
the brood all gone with the clinging sweat.

The cats came out, rubbing against me,
I played with them, leaning against a tree.
The dogs ran up, jumping on the fence,
seeing I had come to some half sense.
Looking around I gave a gentle smile,
knowing all was fine for a good long while.

Glad you found a positive outlet. Doubtless good advice.

It's hard to picture you enraged, Logan, but we're all human, right?  A flowing and descriptive read.  Thanks...

Of course you would have a peaceful way to work out anger. This is good advice for us all. I like the way the cats came out to rub you, after.
