through binoculars bring them close up count hairs on hares red to brown gray to black beige to white littlest black spots on pinkest wiggle of nose bring a little closer feathered quills preened clean see worms squirming from beaks pulled fresh from dew laden grasses dirt sticking a little closer still squirrels tailtagging chipmunks nagging crows bagging fliptop treasures now take your binoculars down I am right here Saturday morning early humidity pushes us back in, I’ve an idea… but bring your binoculars… it’s under cover work… |

Your title reminded me of Neil Diamond's comments to me many years ago when I had incredible seats for his concert... and powerful binoculars! *EG* I like this one a lot, Sunshine... especially the playful ending. *G* Well done! |
