The sky is endless
A horizon blue
The day is light
A gleam in golden hue
While in this daydream
You and I are bound
As I gaze beyond
The passing clouds
Unveiling a trail
Of romance we share

You once asked me
Why I looked so sad
And in a whisper
I answered back
It's a feeling I have
Buried deep inside

You're getting closer
To my heart
You kiss my lips
Strange feelings take hold
And in that moment
Emotions swirl
Rejoycing in truth
As soulmates we're joined

You ask me now
Where my love is gone
And I answer back
Embraced by your heart...
coco

CoCoBaci~
So good to see you in the wee small hours.
Now it looks like 'home' ....
You and your gentle poetry have been missed.

Beautiful 'coming home' piece.

CAT... I've decided I'm calling you that PoetFriend and I've read a poem of your's the other nite that caught my attention and clutched hold of my heart so in ways some of the words you PoetFriends share here inspire us readers to write lil poems kinda like this

SERENITY... only you and one other could say something like that to me and I take it to heart honestly, as your friendship is treasured each day that passes by so on that note I'm gonna do what us french italians do well.. "MUAAAHonCHEEKS 2uGurl" cuz you're just2Sweet2me...
