Somebody's out there.
Somebody's looking at me.
Somebody's out there.
Making the dreams I don't believe
too real...

Somebody's talking.
The whisper floats like leaves from trees.
Somebody's talking.
Giggles of little girls with eyes
on me...

Somebody's inside.
Someone is standing much too near.
Somebody's inside.
Someone is playing upon my fears
concealed...

Somebody's laughing.
Someone is laughing as I weep.
Somebody's laughing.
Someone is stealing all my dreams
of sleep...

serenity-
well, you know what they say...
   just because you're paranoid,
   doesn't mean they're not
   out to get you!

this is really cool, my friend..
   i'm liking it lots!!

Enjoyed your paranoid lines. There is always someone keeping a watch on you, so you'll never be lonely.

for some reason. . . I know what you're going through. . .

A bit of paranoia is not all that bad, but then I ignore what the past will bring out, as it is done...really liked the way you brought out what all of us feel at times...very gentle smile

Fantastic poem, but I won't make the dreams that you don't dream be real *wink*!

If I have made you smile today, then I have done my job!    ~* Mysteria *~

you mean they're not really watching?

interesting in that I read it as iff it were lighthearted, yet the depth is there plainly. strange conundrum that in no way takes away from the value of the poem.

cool

(chuckling)... So very well done with a mixture of humor and seriousness... one could indeed adopt it as the mantra for
government agencies....

I enjoyed!!
