Wrecked

Put me back together
Gather each broken piece
Find the truth of my pain
Along the search
If you find my heart
Hold it gently, tenderly
Treat it, mend it
If somehow I fail again
To be whole
I'll know that you held
This wrecked heart
In the palm of your hand

Respond to my call and let the waves of my heart fill your life with the wonders of love
(Daniel J D)

Let me get some super glue! It's too bad we have to suffer this kind of pain...you wrote it well.

Love the helpless but calm and tender pleading of this one... truly a lonely feeling my friend.  Nice job

Strive for higher levels, if they seem out of reach... Grow, and they will get closer.
