It bubbles and gurgles
And slowly grows
It spreads throughout
From your head to your toes

It winds in and out
'Til you're sure you'll burst
It starts off as only
A giggle at first

Then just like a dam
Just letting go
The laughter inside you
Just starts to flow

When it's all over
And the laughter's subsided
You'll find that you're left
With a warm glow inside ya

Absolutely!!!  Laughter is the best medicine, it does so very much for the health of a being, especially when it's not at the expense of another's feelings.

Enjoyed this! Laughter, real laughter, does all those things!
