Sometimes on nights like this I like to watch my girls sleeping as the cool ocean breeze passes in stirring their curly red hair I think of when they were born that moment where I became Papa of the strength I saw in my wife of the love we felt and helped create As I touch their heads lightly and look across the white capped bay I see the moon gracing my unsaid wish placing with me another perfect day A real man |

I agree with Marge. When it comes to your children then that's where it's all at! The future of our society and they need to be loved. I commend you on this poem! |
